Terms of Use
Effective July 27, 2026
The app
LullaRoute suggests driving routes optimized to minimize stops and, optionally, to match a requested trip duration. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
You’re the driver
Route suggestions are informational. You are always responsible for driving safely, obeying traffic laws, road signs, and conditions, and using your own judgment. Never interact with the app while the vehicle is moving — set up the trip before you drive. Where LullaRoute’s guidance conflicts with the road in front of you, the road wins.
Accuracy
Routes are computed from OpenStreetMap data, which is community-maintained and may be incomplete or out of date. Stop-light and stop-sign counts are estimates.
No live traffic data
LullaRoute does not use real-time traffic information. All travel times — including trips planned to match a requested duration — are estimates based on typical road speeds, and actual times may be longer or shorter depending on local traffic, construction, weather, and time of day. Plan accordingly, especially around feedings and appointments.
Subscriptions
Optional paid features (“LullaRoute+”) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service (for example, automated bulk requests against our routing servers) and don’t use it for anything other than personal navigation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LullaRoute and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including delays, route quality, or events occurring during a drive.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
